


D E L I V E R Y POLICY
We deliver in the Norwich, Norfolk area only. We do not deliver past the NR18 Area. Please do not attempt to check out your order online if delivery is further than this. Please call us if you would like to inquire about our delivery areas.
Same day deliveries can not be arranged online. Please give at least a days notice on bouquets and gifts and 3 days notice on funeral orders. Please call us if you would like to place an order on shorter notice and we will help as best we can.
Sunday and Bank Holiday deliveries can be arranged but only by special arrangement and subject to certain conditions.
We do not normally deliver more than 15 miles from Norwich however, you can contact us for advice and guidance.
For funeral orders- please specify time of service as these orders need to be delivered at least 2 hours before the service. Between Christmas and the New Year holiday period please note that we will be closed before placing your order.
At peak periods of the year, for example Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, delivery time might be outside normal working hours.

​When placing an order for delivery it is essential that we are provided with correct addresses, postcodes and contact telephone numbers to ensure a prompt delivery with no errors. If a delivery is to a work place then the working hours of the recipient must be provided. Incorrect delivery information which results in a missed delivery may incur an extra charge for re-delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Blush and Bloom Florals prides itself on its excellent reputation for customer satisfaction, and we want you to be satisfied with the product you receive. If you have any complaints with the product you have received, then please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence or please call us and we will investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine, a replacement, credit or refund will be given.

When ordering online all credit and debit trnsctions are processed via paypal. f you would prefer to pay via Bacs transfer or Cash on delivery please call and speak to a member of staff.
